The fixtures below have now been ruled on by the management committee to complete the 2013 season.
	Premier League	Bristol Uni	Cheltenham failed to arrive 18/03/13. Fixture rearranged for 14/11/13 and no response to emails from Bristol University.	Cheltenham	The decision of the management committee was that despite numerous attemps by Bristol University trying to contact Cheltenham, the response were ignored. The Match Secretary had notified all teams that Bristol University’s suspension had been lifted by the ASA. Therefore it was ruled that 2pt be awarded to Bristol University and Cheltenham would be fined for not playing the fixture.
	Premier League	Cheltenham	Cheltenham were unaware suspension had been lifted on Bristol Uni despite notification.	Bristol Uni	The decision of the management committee was that Bristol University were not at fault and therefore 2pts were awarded to them and Cheltenham would be fined for not rearranging the fixture.
	Premier League	Cheltenham	No match sheet returned from any party.	Welsh Wand	No match sheet and no information was supplied to the Match Secretary. Therefore the game was ruled void and no result to be entered.
	Division One	Bath Uni	Match postponed due to BWPL having pool. Original game postponed by Exeter from 040513. Rearranged date pool unavailable due to BWPL	Exeter	It was discovered that the BWPL had moved there weekend to October 26th, so really no blamed could be attached to either side. Therefore it was ruled that the match be void and no points be awarded to either side.
	Division One	Cheltenham II	Postponed 16/07/13 by Welsh Wanderers who cannot raise a side	Welsh Wand II	Game was originally cancelled by Welsh Wanderers II and neither side made an effort to rearrange the fixture. It was decided that both teams were at fault and therefore the match be declaired void and no points awarded. Both teams to be fined.
	Division One	Cheltenham II	Cancelled by Exeter from 26/05/13. New Date Required	Exeter	Despite numerous attempts by Exeter to rearrange the fixture, there was no response from Cheltenham II. Therefore 2 points were awarded to Exeter and Cheltenham fined.
	Division One	Swindon	Rearranged by mutal consent. Exeter unable to raise a team on new date of October 20th	Exeter	The 2 points were awarded to Swindon Dolphins and Exeter to be fined.
	Division Two	UWIC	Match postponed 19/05/13 by UWIC. New date of 14/10/13 cancelled by Harlequins who could raise a side.	Harlequins	Harlequins were very apologetic but also frustrated that on the original date of the fixture they had a side and could have played. It was decided that 2pts be awarded to UWIC and Harlequins be fined.
	Division Two	Devonport	Cancelled by UWIC who were unable to raise a side	UWIC	Because UWIC failed to play the game at Devonport, 2 points were awarded to the home side, and UWIC fined
	Division Two	Devonport	Cancelled by Harlequins who were unable to raise a side two dates before the game scheduled for 20/10/13	Harlequins	Because Harlequins failed to play the game at Devonport, 2 points were awarded to the home side, and Harlequins fined
	Division Two	Newport	Orginal game postponed by UWIC from 11/05/13 & 13/10/11. New date on 02/11/13 UWIC unable to raise a side.	UWIC	Because UWIC failed to play the game at Newport, 2 points were awarded to the home side, and UWIC fined.
	Division Two	UWIC	Matches Postponed at request of Devonport 10/03/13. November 24th was given as the new date.	Devonport	Because UWIC failed to notify Devonport in adequate time (Nov 21st), and because Devonport failed to chase the matter, the game was declared void. No points to either side, and fine to UWIC for late notification.
	Division Two	Devonport	Game arranged for December 1st. Cancelled by Newport. Unable to raise a side.	Newport	Because Newport failed to play the game at Devonport, 2 points were awarded to the home side, and Newport fined
	Womens	Devonport	Cancelled by UWIC. Unable to raise a side	UWIC	Because UWIC failed to play the game at Devonport, 2 points were awarded to the home side, and UWIC fined.
	Women	UWIC	12/05/13. Game rearranged for November 4th	Welsh Wanderers	UWIC failed to notify Welsh Wanderers for game on November 4th. Therefore 2pts to Welsh Wanderers and UWIC fined.
	Women	UWIC	10/03/13 Matches Postponed at request of Devonport. November 24th was given as new date.	Devonport	Because UWIC failed to notify Devonport in adequate time (Nov 21st), and because Devonport failed to chase the matter. 2 points to Devonport, and fine to UWIC for late notification.
	Women	Welsh Wanderers	Originaly game scheduled for 14/05/13 when Bristol were suspended by ASA. No new date arranged.	Bristol	Because neither side made any attempt to get the game played once Bristol University’s suspension had been lifted on September 1st, the match was declared void, no points awarded and both sides fined.
	Junior League	Devonport	Newton Abbot failed to arrive on new date of 27/10/13	Newton Abbot	Newton Abbot had not received any notification of the rearranged game and had not confirmed they would be available. No points were awarded and both Devonport and Newton Abbot were fined.
