League begins to reopen

With restrictions beginning to ease and the go-ahead has now been given by Swim England for Junior Matches to take place, the management committee, which has been meeting every month during the pandemic via Zoom, has taken the decision to allow the junior teams of the league to play a friendly competition from July, which the league will support by providing referees for the games, expenses to be paid at the rate of up to 35p per mile.

So far City of Bristol, Devonport Royal, Newton Abbot and Exeter have said they would like to compete, however, if your club would also like to play in these friendlies, being played on a home and away basis, then get in touch with the Match Secretary.

Ideally these fixtures need to be with the Match Secretary by 5th July 2021, and players registered with the league also by the 5th.

All being well the league will be doing the same for the senior teams from September.
